The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction upon the respondent no.2 to decide his application dated 16.12.2017.
On perusal of the record, it appears that there is property dispute between the petitioner and private respondents. In respect of the same, the petitioner has already moved an application before the respondent no.2 which is pending.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India. However, we dispose of this petition by issuing a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 16.12.2017 filed by the petitioner.
The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation/application alongwith a certified copy of this order before the respondent no.2.
We make it clear that we have not expressed our opinion on the merits of the case.
