Barod learned advocate for the appellant-original accused, who is convicted in Sessions Case No. 207/2009, by the learned 6th (Ad- hoc) Addl. Sessions Judge, Surat by judgment and order dated 19.6.2012 for the offence under section 302 of IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and fine of Rs. 10,000/-, in default, to undergo S/I for six months.
