The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 22.12.2020 registered as Case Crime No. 450 of 2020, under Sections 323, 498-A, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Parsurampur, District- Basti with further prayer to stay arrest of the petitioners during the course of investigation.
On the last date learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that the cause espoused in the instant petition does not survive any more as charge sheet has already been submitted.
Learned A.G.A. has also made the same statement today.
In view of the above, the cause of action no more survives. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
