Learned counsel for the appellant states that he appears on behalf of the heirs of sole appellant, who died on 17.9.2010 leaving behind his heirs mentioned in the application.
In view of the above, the application is allowed. In front of the name of sole appellant, the word since deceased be mentioned and his legal heirs mentioned in the application be impleaded as appellants. The substitution be carried out within two weeks.
