Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
Against the dismissal of the appeal, the petitioner has remedy of filing a revision under Rule 13 of the U.P.Government Servant (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1999.
In view of the efficacious alternative remedy available to the petitioner, the writ petition is not maintainable.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
