Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the respondents.
By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge 11th, Room No.15, Allahabad to expedite the proceedings of S.T. No.287 of 2013, arising out of case crime no.313 of 2012, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 and 325 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (10) SC/ST Act, P.S. Handia, District Allahabad. The matter is pending since 2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge 11th, Room No.15, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
