Against cancellation of the licence for storage of mineral, the petitioner has a remedy for filing an appeal under Rule 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2002.
As such the petitioner having the statutory remedy of appeal, the writ petition is not maintainable and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
