Learned counsel for the applicants states that this application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file an appeal under the provisions of the S.C./S.T. Act, in view of the Full Bench decision of this Court in the Case of Criminal Writ-Public Interest Litigation No.8 of 2018 decided on 10.10.2018 (In Re Provision Of Section 14a Of Sc/St (Prevention Of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015).
The Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
Certified copy of the impugned orders on record may be returned to the counsel for the applicants but the photostats copy of the same is retained on the records.
