Hon'ble Shamsher Bahadur Singh,J.
1. Adjournment has been sought by Sri N.L. Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioners, on the ground of illness.
2. It is an old case and normally should not be adjourned but considering the factum of illness of learned counsel for petitioners we grant indulgence only for today and direct that this matter shall be taken up tomorrow i.e. on 18.05.2016.
3. We make it clear that on that date, this case shall not be adjourned at the instance of counsel of petitioners.
