JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Dr. Satish Chandra,J.
During the course of hearing it was pointed out to us that Shri Anil Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite parties has been taking adjournment on one ground or the other. Today also, he has submitted an illness slip. Hence, we adjourn the matter for 24.01.2011. In case he fails to appear on the next date of listing, the Department shall make alternative arrangement for representation.
