Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State and Sri Sachin Kumar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank.
The petition is directed against the recovery citation dated 18.09.2019 issued by the second respondent, Tehsildar, Jaswant Nagar, District Etawah for recovery of Rs. 10,41,757/-+ other due amount.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent-Bank submits that in case petitioner approaches the bank, his application will be considered under One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS Scheme).
In view thereof, it is provided that in the event of the petitioner depositing Rs. 50,000/- with the bank to show his bona fide, within one month from the date, along with an application for one time settlement, respondent-bank shall consider the application of the petitioner under OTS scheme on merit.
The writ petition is disposed of in the manner hereinabove. .
