Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Shambhavi Nandan, counsel for the first informamnt, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicants- Shivcharan Chauhan @ Shivchand and Sariita Devi seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 233 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406, 120B, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Chaurichaura, District Gorakhpur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
