The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide application 6C in Original Suit No. 587/2010, whereby the petitioners have sought temporary injunction during pendency of the suit.
The suit is pending since the year 2010. On 18.5.2010, the trial Court issued notice to the defendants being of the opinion that the matter relating to temporary injunction should be disposed of, after hearing the other side. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that dates are being regularly fixed for disposal of the application 6Ga. The next date fixed is 9.3.2018.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the application 6C, which is fixed for disposal on 9.3.2018, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments and preferably within a period of twelve weeks, in case the defendants are already served.
