Counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.
In pursuance of the order dated 18.1.2021 passed by this Court, Opposite Party No. 2, Pavitra Yadav is present in person, who has been identified by his counsel Sri Anoop Kumar Sharma.
The parties agree that the amount awarded on account of interim maintenance has been paid.
Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 further assures this Court that in terms of the maintenance, the amount shall be paid in future as and when the same becomes due.
In view of the assurance, the appearance of the Opposite Party No. 2 is exempted.
The present application is also disposed off with a direction upon the Additional Family Judge, Court No. 2, Ghaziabad to decide the Case No.
26 of 2017 (Smt. Shivani Vs. Pavitra Yadav) under Section 125 CrPC pending before it finally as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
