Shri Sharique Ahmed, leaned counsel appearing for the respondent, mother of the first petitioner, submits that the first petitioner is minor. Petitioner has obtained interim order for protection on fraud and misrepresentation.
In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed.
It will be open for the Investigating Officer to investigate the matter and proceed in accordance with law.
