Heard Sri Pravesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 23.12.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 1416 of 2018, under sections 363, 376D, 506 IPC P.S. Katghar, District Moradabad.
Matter relates to sexual offence and the name of the petitioner has been disclosed in the statement of the victim under Section 164 CrPC, no good ground is made to quash the FIR.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
