THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, NARAYANA SWAMY J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 05.09.2018 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, in Application No.6603/2018.
2. For the purpose of agitating the case, the petitioner should have preferred the writ petition before Kalaburagi Bench, since the petitioner was working as Warden, Pre-Metric Boys Hostel, Lachyan, Indi Taluk, Vijayapura District, and the matter comes under the jurisdiction of Kalaburagi Bench.
3. Heard Sri Virupakshaiah P.H., learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri I.Tharanath Poojary, learned AGA appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
4. After hearing the matter some time, we deem it necessary to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representation, if any, made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks and to dispose of the same within four weeks thereafter.
5. Ordered accordingly.
Learned Government Advocate to take notice for the respondents and file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
