This appeal would stand dismissed because of the order of this Court on 10.01.2019. The applications viz., I.A.Nos.1/2019 and 2/2019 are filed for condonation of delay of 188 days in filing the recalling application and recalling the order dated 10.01.2019. But, it is obvious that the concerned is not interested in prosecuting these applications.
As such, I.A.Nos.1/2019 and 2/2019 are rejected and the appeal stands dismissed.
