Learned counsel for the appellant absent. Inspite of granting sufficient opportunities, the appellant has not filed the paperbook.
The appeal is of the year 2013 and sufficient opportunity even as ‘Finally’ and ‘as a last chance’ was given to the appellant to file paperbook and to proceed further in the matter.
Since the appellant is not evincing any interest in the matter, it is to be taken that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. As such, the appeal stands dismissed for non-filing of paperbook and for non-prosecution of appeal.
