As on date, the land of the petitioners has not been acquired because the petitioners are negotiating for a price at which they are willing to offer the land to the State.
As the price has to be mutually acceptable, the prayer of the petitioners that their objection be considered is not liable to be accepted because no right of the petitioners is affected at this stage.
The petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition after a decision is taken to acquire the land of the petitioners.
