The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 462 of 2017, u/s 363, 366, 354, 376 IPC and section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Kotwali Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad with the prayer for enlarging him on bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and considering the age of the prosecutrix to be less than 15 years as per high school certificate and in the statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C. she has specifically stated that the applicant had raped her, I do not find it to be a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
