Heard Shri Rajesh Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State and perused the material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 28.06.2016 registered as case crime no. 0173 of 2016 under sections 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Babupurva, District- Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has come up with the aforesaid prayer that the police is harassing him though he is not involved in any case. It is further submitted that he has been granted bail in all 14 earlier FIR lodged against him.
Learned AGA for the State is directed to seek instruction as to why the petitioner is being harassed by the police.
