B.C.Jain, Aged about 66 years, Respondent No’s 4 to 7 are R/at No.440, A and B Block, Double Road, Kuvempu Nagar, Mysuru. …RESPONDENTS This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the order dated 19.07.2018 passed by the learned II Additional 1st C.J. and J.M.F.C., Mysuru, on I.A.No.19, in O.S.No.1683/2007, in allowing I.A.No.19 filed by respondent No.1 under Order 6 Rule 7 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure vide Annx-H to the writ petition.
This petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R This writ petition is filed against the order dated 19.07.2018 passed on I.A.No.19, in O.S.No.1683/2007 on the file of the II Additional 1st C.J. and J.M.F.C., Mysuru('Trial Court' for short).
It is discerned that O.S.No.1683/2007 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petition does not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
