Rajagopal S/o Subbaiah Konar, Wholesale Fruit Merchant, APMC Market, Huskur Main Road, Singena Agrahara, Hebbagodi Police Station Limits, Bengaluru Urban District, R/o No.BB-504, Salarpuria Greenage Apartments, No.306, Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru – 560 068. ...Respondents (By Sri. R.D. Renukaradhya, HCGP for R1) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the criminal proceedings pending on the file of the Hon’ble Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Bangalore District in C.C. No.1327/2016 (Filing C.C. No.334/2016) under Sections 506, 504, 406, 420 of IPC, based on the charge sheet filed by the respondent Hebbagodi Police on 18.07.2016 in Crime No.276/2015 of Hebbagodi Police Station, Bengaluru.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER It is seen that on 25.03.2019 and 12.06.2019, three weeks and two weeks time were granted to comply with the office objections respectively. On 16.09.2019, two weeks time was peremptorily granted to comply with the office objections. Though the time was granted, the office objections have not been complied with till today, Hence, the matter is listed specifically today with peremptory order.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, petition stands dismissed.
