The petitioner has not been able to establish that he has deposited the entire bid amount as contemplated in Rule 57(8) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 read with Sections 189 and 190 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
In such view of the matter, the petitioner does not have any right for the lease deed to be executed in his favour since the petitioner has defaulted in the payment of the bid amount, as contemplated in law.
In wake of the preceding discussion, no case for interference by this Court has been made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
Shri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the Gaon Sabha.
A copy of this order shall be served upon the District Magistrate, Maharajganj, by the learned Chief Standing Counsel for appropriate action as per law.
