Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State - respondents.
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent nos. 2 & 3 for fair investigation in FIR No. 0125/2021 dated 12.07.2021 under sections 395 & 397 IPC, Police Station - Merapur, District - Farrukhabad.
No material has been brought on record to show that fair investigation is not being conducted by the respondents. Therefore, we do not find any good reason to issue any direction, at this stage.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
