Pursuant to the last orders, the then SSP has filed an affidavit which is taken on record.
Though this petition raises various issues, the Court, bearing in mind the fact that the applicants have been reinstated in possession and an unconditional apology tendered by the opposite party, in its magnanimity feels that the ends of justice would merit closure.
Consequently this petition is disposed of.
Notices issued against the opposite parties are discharged.
