Following orders were passed in the matter on 19.07.2018:-
"Grievance of the petitioner is that though he has been issue a No Objection Certificate, and he has retired on 31st October, 2017, but none of his retiral dues have been released to him. Petitioner was a Senior Assistant in Tehsil Sewarai, District Ghazipur.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions as to why the retiral benefits have not been paid so far.
Put up in the additional cause list on 26th July, 2018"
Learned standing counsel, on the basis of the instructions, submits that petitioner has not completed formalities by submitting pension papers and therefore, the pension has not been processed, so far.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, it would be appropriate to provide that the petitioner shall appear before the District Magistrate, Ghazipur on 06.08.2018. Whatever formalities are required to be performed by the petitioner would be conducted and the claim of the petitioner would be processed immediately thereafter.
Let this matter appear in the additional cause list on 13.08.2018.
Learned standing counsel shall obtain specific instructions from the District Magistrate concerned on the next date of listing.
