Learned counsel for the appellant has informed the Court that the sole appellant Shiva Kant @ Bachcha Shukla has died. In this regard, CJM, Hamipur has submitted a report dated 16.7.2018 regarding death of the appellant.

Considering the report of the CJM concerned, this appeal is abated and same is consigned to record.
