Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondetns and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide the appeal expeditiously.
Order sheet reflects that the appeal was filed by the petitioner very recently on 9.12.2018 and on the first date i.e. 10.1.2019 advocates were on strike.
In such view of the matter, present petition is misconceived and accordingly dismissed.
