The petitioner had attained the age of superannuation on 31.1.2019.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had approached respondent no. 2 by moving a representation dated 4.3.2019.
Only prayer made in the present writ petition is to issue a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider his claim for grant of his retiral dues.
Without expressing any opinion as to the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the directions as follows:
The petitioner shall move a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today before the respondent no. 2 namely the General Manager, The Kisan Co-operative Sugar Mills Limited Puranpur, District Pilibhit raising all his grievances. On presentation of the said representation, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law after getting requisite report from the concerned authority and take a decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of representation being filed by the petitioner, under due intimation to the petitioner.
