Heard Mr. Ranjit Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Pradeep K. Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents-State. Counsel for the petitioners does not press the writ petition and submits that the petitioners would like to take the remedy of civil suit for appropriate relief.
The petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case.
