Notice on behalf of opposite party no.1 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas Mr. Ratnesh Chandra, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no.2.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties thereby directing the opposite parties to requisite development charges deposit in office of the opposite party no. 2 by the petitioner for plot Khasra no. 665/1, Measuring area 0.047 hectare situated Village Baruli, Pargana Bijnour, Tehseel Sarojani Nagar, District Lucknow as annexure no. 3 to this writ petition.
ii. issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
iii. allow the writ petition with cost."
Mohd. Irfan Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, makes a statement at the bar that he does not want to press this writ petition, it may be dismissed as not pressed.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
