Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Sri K. K. Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner had prayed for quashing the impugned order dated 22.02.2014 and 09.10.2014 passed by the Commissioner, Kanpur Mandal, Kanpur.
Sri K. P. Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground that present writ petition is not maintainable on behalf of Pradhan.
The matter requires consideration.
Learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
