Vide order dated 19.07.2019, Bailable Warrant was issued against the appellants namely Shiv Shanker and Paras Ram. In response there to the C.M.M, Kanpur Nagar has sent a letter dated 20.08.2019, mentioning that appellant Shiv Shanker died on 16.12.2003 and appellant Paras Ram died on 26.11.2005.

Since both the appellants have died, hence the appeal is dismissed as abated.
