Hon'ble Het Singh Yadav,J.
Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the annexures and inquiry report has not been supplied to him. Under the circumstances, we direct the Kashi Gomti Samyut Gramin Bank to file the supplementary counter affidavit annexing therewith the annexures, inquiry report with all documents.
List in the next cause list.
