Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel on instruction states that payment of pension from June, 2020 shall be released in favour of petitioner within a period of two and half months from today.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been extended the benefit of 7th Pay Commission and in this respect petitioner has submitted several representations to the respondent-authority, but till date no action has been taken on the same.
In this view of the fact, petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2- Commissioner/Registrar Co-operative Societies U.P., Lucknow, alongwith the copy of this order raising all his grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed off.
