This is an application to recall the order dated 5.7.2012 by which this appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution.
Copy of this application has been served on learned counsel for respondents. No counter affidavit is there.
Application is within time. Ground for non appearance is personal.
The court being satisfied with the explanation so given proposes to allow this application Accordingly this application is allowed and the order dated 5.7.2012 is hereby recalled.
The appeal is restored to its original number. Now it may be listed in the next cause list before appropriate Bench under appropriate head.
