Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Admittedly in respect of an allegation that the order of injunction dated 31 May 2017 is being violated the applicant has a statutory remedy of invoking the provisions of Order XXXIX, Rule 2-A CPC.
Admittedly till date no such application has been moved in. In view thereof this Court finds no ground to entertain this petition in contempt. It is consequently dismissed. However, dismissal of this petition shall not preclude the applicant from instituting appropriate proceedings if so chosen and so advised.
