Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. Hon'ble Deepak Verma,J.
Sri Byas Kumar Prasad, counsel for the petitioner, states that bank has reversed the entry in a sum of Rs. 50,000/- in respect whereof there was a fraudulent transaction from the petitioner's account.
Since, the only prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction to the respondent-bank to reverse entry relating to fraudulent transaction and the same has been reversed, nothing further survives to be decided in the instant petition.
