Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
Sri S.P. Kesharwani, learned counsel for the department submits that Writ Tax No. 874 of 2010, M/S Parmarth Steel And Alloys Pvt. Ltd. versus State of U.P. & others and Writ Tax No. 875 of 2010, M/S Parmarth Iron Pvt. Ltd. versus State of U.P. & others, which are pending consideration. Since proceedings against the petitioner have been initiated on the basis of raid, it is appropriate that both the petitions be heard together along with present writ petition.
List on 23rd May, 2012.
In the connected petitions, counter affidavits have been filed today. Learned counsel for the petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit, if any, by the next date.
Interim order to continue till then.
