In compliance of the order dated 14.8.2018, a letter was sent to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur vide letter no.40042, dated 14.8.2018 and a copy of this letter was also sent to the District Judge, Shahjahabpur, but no compliance report has been received till today.
Office is directed to call for a report from the District Judge, Shahjahanpur on or before 10.9.2018 with explanation in compliance of the order dated 14.8.2018 whether the accused Shiv Sharan Singh and Sunil Kumar Singh in Criminal Case No. 1063 of 2017, Crime No. 771 of 2016, under Sections 323/ 308 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) 10 of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Rauja, District Shahjahanpur have been released on bail or not. If the accused have been released on bail, the District Judge, Shahjahanpur is directed to annex the copy of the bail order along with the report.
