JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner says that since, a reply, dated 23.09.2014, has been filed to the penalty notice dated 18.09.2014, issued under Section 272B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, the petitioner will take its chance, if necessary, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, after the final order is passed in the penalty proceedings.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum after the final order, in the penalty proceedings, is passed.
3. Resultantly, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
