The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sharki, Allahabad to expedite hearing of the Application 6-C filed in Suit No.184 of 2018.
From the order sheet of the case it does not appear that service of notice on the other side has been held sufficient.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued to the court concerned. In case other side has been served with notice of the proceeding, it shall be open to the petitioners to move an application before the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the Application 6-C.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
