The sole submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is to issue mandamus commanding the respondent No.1-State of U.P. through its Secretary (Revenue) U.P. at Lucknow, to pass appropriate order or granting age relaxation to the petitioners on the recommendations made by the District Magistrate, Deoria, vide his letter dated 13.12.2017 (Annexure No.3 to the writ petition).
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel, the instant writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to examine the recommendations, made in the matter relating to grant of regularization to the petitioner, by the District Magistrate- respondent No.2 in accordance with law within three month from the date a certified copy of the order is produced before the respondent No.1.
