From the records, it appears that the application filed by the petitioner was decided on 28.10.2017 and the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the Recall Application filed by the respondent no.4 for recalling the order dated 28.10.2017 was not being decided. The Recall Application has been filed a Annexure No.4 to the writ petition.
It is, therefore, being directed that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Allahabad shall after looking into the application for condonation of delay thereafter decide the application of restoration within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
