Heard Sri Hans Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court for execution of the order dated 06.12.2018 passed by the Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal, Banda.
In case the Commissioner has passed any order and the same is not complied with, no such direction can be issued in writ proceeding for execution of the order of the Commissioner.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
