Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the facts of the present case are more or less identical to fact of Writ Petition No. 56868 of 2005, which has been decided today by this Court. It is, therefore, urged that the present writ may also be decided in terms of the decision rendered in Writ Petition No. 56868 of 2005.
In view thereof, the present writ petition is also allowed in terms of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 56868 of 2005 dated 19.08.2021.
The impugned orders dated 24.1.2005, passed by Additional Commissioner, Agra Division Agra in Revision No. 161/03-04, as well as dated 19.07.2010 and dated 29.09.2012, passed by Collector Firozabad and Additional Commissioner (Administration) Agra Division Agra respectively, are quashed.
