Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition challenges an order appended as Annexure 3 to the writ petition which records that the petitioner, despite having been transferred to Badaun in 2017, has failed to vacate the official accommodation. It is not disputed before this Court that the petitioner has failed to vacate the official accommodation even though the time granted for the same has expired.
The Court is constrained to note that the petitioner is a member of a disciplined force and wilfully failed to vacate the official accommodation.
Consequently, this petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- which shall be recovered from the salary of the petitioner.
