The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No.2544 of 2002, has filed the instant petition seeking direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that an order of temporary injunction is operating against the defendant-petitioner.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2002, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
